Coles Meal Prep opened its doors in January of 2020. What began as a lightbulb moment, Coles has now been brought to life in the form of a fully kitted out professional kitchen and foodie lovin’ team who absolutely buzz off Cole’s growth.. oh and helping customers hit their goals!
The brand/company name ‘Coles’ holds a special place in our team’s heart, in memory of the incredible and unforgettable Shaun Cole. He will forever be embodied in our ever growing success.
Why worry when we’ve got you guys!? We all know how hard it can be on the everyday grind, but we can’t be missing no meals (or lacking nutrients). That’s where we come in to help. Our meals are plucked from the brains of our qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer and straight to your plate.. well prep box! They’re calorie controlled and come in the form of either 400 or 500 calories.
Our menu is created through a rigorous process; numerous nutritional chats, some overworked kitchen scales, full tummies and many team meetings later we bring to you a fully balanced and calorie counted yummy meal ready for you to pop in your bag and head out the door. Each box is nutrient dense and includes ingredients to balance blood sugar, protein packed and built to satisfy. Coles meal Deliveries happen 3 times per week in the early hours whilst birds are chirping to ensure your meals are always fresh.
Tracking and preparing your own meals can be expensive, time consuming and to be quite blunt, pretty boring! We have priced our meal plans so they’re super affordable without slacking on the nutrition or quality.
